After-Sales Guarantee
Lifetime Genetic Disease Protection
At Furever Kittez, we conduct comprehensive genetic disease testing for all breeding cats using advanced screening methods. This includes tests for SMA, PKDEF, and over 45 other genetic conditions. All kittens come with results confirming negative genetic diseases.
If a kitten is found to have a genetic disease after formal testing, the buyer may return the kitten to the cattery and receive a full refund of the purchase price.
New Home Health Guarantee
Each kitten is guaranteed to be in good health and fully vaccinated for 14 days, including protection against Feline Panleukopenia Virus (FPV) and Feline Infectious Peritonitis (FIP).
If the kitten develops FIP or any other health issues within the guarantee period, we will cover medical expenses or offer a refund at the buyer’s request.

Purchase Process
Available Kitten Selection

Parents can select their desired kitten via FaceTime or in-person visits.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the kitten.

The remaining balance must be paid in full on the day the kitten is ready for its new home.
Waiting List Policy

A $300 deposit is required to join the waiting list, which will be deducted from the total price.

When kittens reach 45 days of age, buyers will be contacted in order of the waiting list to select their kitten.

Buyers have 3 days to pick their kitten. If no selection is made, they will return to the waiting list.

If a buyer has not chosen a kitten within one year, they may request a refund of their deposit.

Pet Transport Services

We partner with a dedicated nanny to safely deliver kittens across the U.S. to your designated airport.

For the kitten’s safety, only in-cabin transportation with a nanny is provided. Cargo shipping is not available.

Transportation prices vary between states or even overseas.
